Hana kimi cast

I have not really posted for a couple of days so ill try to make up for it, i have been working and working also i had to sign out of school so im officially not a school student anymore!!! soo sorry for the non posting well here’s what i am going to talk to you guys about the series HANA KIMI!! the adaptation one of course.

Okay a while back the Taiwanese adaptation of the book series Hana Kimi was created in 2006, now the Japanese adaptation has been created on july 2007 well that was a while back but yeah bear with me here. For those who have not watched or read the manga Hana Kimi is based on a girl named Mizuki a Half caste American Japanese girl who is determined to enter the same school as her idol Sano but to what cost you ask? she has to attend an all boys high school, the school is full of dedicated, vibrant, enthusiastic even colorful young students and Mizuki’s stay will not be always quite, her roommate turns out to be Sano and her like for him draws her to love and the story goes on. Maybe you know most of these people here but i dont the only person i know featured is Yuu Shirota, thats because he was in the musical version of prince of tennis also known as Tenimyu. Im not a really big prince of tennis fan actually i never really watched any episodes [sorry fans out there] but i did watch the backstage ‘Dream Live’ clips and i thought it was interesting how much fun they have doing a musical the atmosphere was really vibrant and happy^^ the voice actor for Tamaki was also there too! anyways i have all but the last three books of Hana Kimi and i will be watching the live action soon enough the cast goes as shown:

CAST

  • Horikita Maki as Ashiya Mizuki
  • Oguri Shun as Sano Izumi
  • Ikuta Toma as Nakatsu Shuichi

  • Sugimoto Tetta as Sano Takehiko
  • Mizushima Hiro as Nanba Minami (Dorm Leader)

Hana kimi chart

As you can see from the chart i am assuming that Nakatsu is the footbal, i am wondering why they did not put an actual photo but oh well they have their reasons. Well they have changed some parts of the storyline but thats normal for live dramas because they usually do not have they time, money or they have a specific amount of episodes to create, the characters shown are really… umm realistic? well if you have read the books and watched the Taiwanese drama well see what to expect from the Japanese adaptation. If you like the manga and want to see what the Japanese can deliver watch Hanazakari no kimitachi e or if you are into love, drama, comedy, slice of life, gender blender or even Yaoi [not extreme] then read the manga because i do not think that the live action will have extreme yaoi scenes or any at all but it does have romance and comedy.

Happy watchings for 2007 and 2008

  1. Any other magazines/media aside from those that have contracts with JE are not allowed to feature pictures of any JE artistes, hence the football replacing Toma Ikuta ^^
